Book Fair Hours:
M & Tu: Preview Day (no shopping yet!)
W: 9 - 3:00 Open for Shopping (closed for lunch from 12 - 1)
Th: 9 - 3:30 Open for Shopping (closed for lunch from 12 - 1)
F: 9 - 3:30 Open for Shopping (closed for lunch 11 - 12)

On Monday and Tuesday classes visit the book fair, and students make wish lists to bring home. Check those backpacks on Monday and Tuesday! Please look over and discuss your child's selections. Students who would like to make purchases return to the fair at their grade level's scheduled time on Wednesday or Thursday to buy their books. (Note that TK and K students do not return to shop - instead the book fair staff will be their personal shoppers - collecting their money, paying, and delivering their books to the classroom before pick-up.) You can look up all of the books on the above linked website. There are also many more books available on Brooks' Scholastic Book Fair webpage linked above. If a book is not available, or sells out at our book fair, you can place an online order that will still count toward our school's book fair profits, to help our school earn more books for the library. All online orders ship directly to your home and shipping is free for book orders over $25.

Preschool, TK and Kinder:
TK and Kinder students who bring money in their wish-list envelopes will have a personal shopper fulfill their orders on Wednesday or Thursday and bring them to the classroom. If they would like to return in person for the shopping experience, we invite parents to accompany them during out open hours before or after their school day. Brooks Preschool families are likewise invited to shop during any of our open hours.
Volunteers Needed!
We need lots of help to make the book fair a fun event for all of our kids! Join us to help set up, run the preview days, help kids shop, or help put it all away when it's over.
IMPORTANT!! To volunteer on campus during the school day you must be pre-cleared with the school district, which includes
1. Fingerprinting - Pick up a form in the Brooks office.
2. Signing a confidentiality agreement - Pick up in the Brooks office.
4 Ways to Pay for Books!
1. Cash
2. Check (made out to William Brooks)
3. Scholastic E-Wallet (a pre-funded electronic "wallet" in your child's name that we can look up to pay for their purchases)
IMPORTANT: Please note that a new E-Wallet must be set up for each new book fair. Funds do NOT automatically carry over from last book fair. If you had funds left over from a prior book fair, they will be available in your Scholastic account as a credit that you can move to this book fair's E-Wallet.
4. Credit cards are accepted when parents shop with their kids.

Want to buy a book for your teacher or a staff member? You can:
1. Send a few dollars in cash.
2. Add a few extra dollars to your check (made out to William Brooks).
3. Buy your teacher a book from their wish basket at the book fair!
