We are excited to announce that the William Brooks PTA will be holding our Spring Gala again on April 21, 2023 at the Folsom Community Center!! Thank you so much to parents Christy Calderon and Alyssa Craine for chairing this event.

 

The Spring Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. It is a kid-free evening of drinks, dinner, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes and dancing – all to benefit our school! Our Gala Committee is working hard on planning this fun event, so stay tuned for more updates!

In addition to raising money for our programs that require annual backing (technology, student assemblies, garden and art programs), our goal this year is to raise enough money to provide a much-needed new marquee and other school projects to benefit the kids!

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

 

BECOME A SPONSOR OR MAKE A DONATION

Much of this fundraiser’s success is credited to the involvement of our amazing parents, community and the businesses that have supported William Brooks Elementary. Do you own or work for a business that may consider sponsoring or donating items/services? Do you own a vacation home or timeshare and could donate free nights? Could you donate tickets to a local professional sports game? Are you crafty and can make and donate an item? Do you like to entertain and could host a sign-up party? If so, we would be grateful for your help! Your contribution will truly have a positive impact on our school and will be greatly appreciated by the students, teachers, and fellow families at Brooks. 

If you would like to be a sponsor or make a donation for our 2023 Spring Gala, please fill out this donation form and bring it to the school office, along with your donation, by March 1st, 2023. See below for more information about the different sponsorship levels that are available.

HELP US COLLECT DONATIONS

Do you have some spare time to help us collect donations? At the Spring Gala we will have an auction for items and goods/services that have been donated by the local community. We need help reaching out to the community and soliciting donations. Can you ask for a donation to the school from your favorite restaurant, brewery, winery, beauty salon, entertainment venue, or gym? How about at your child’s dentist, sporting location, or tutoring location? Please email wbrookspta@gmail.com and let us know who you can reach out to, and we can provide you with a formal donation request letter to bring to the company!

HELP US PLAN THE EVENT

We need a lot of help to make the Spring Gala a big success. From finding vendors, gathering items, coordinating volunteers, working at the event check-in or check-out, to decor- we have a way you can help! TITLE SPONSORSHIPS - $1000 

  • Wine Pull (company signage, logo tags on every bottle of wine)

  • Dessert Dash (company signage, logo on every dessert donation envelope) 

  • Program (full page ad on inside cover of program) 

  • Photo Booth (company signage, logo on printed photo strips) + additional $500

  • Auction Paddles (company logo on every auction paddle) + additional $500

 

Each title sponsorship also includes: 

  • Company name and logo in event program 

  • Recognition and logo in all media communications (Facebook, Instagram, PTA website & email blast) 

  • Name on school marquee (if marquee is working)
