Have Dinner with Us!
Join us at the William Brooks Elementary campus for the annual Harvest Carnival! At this outdoor event there will be carnival games & prizes, inflatables, face painting, food vendors, a costume parade, a pumpkin showcase, music & dancing, and more!! This is one of the kids' favorite events of the year!
Please purchase the event wristband NOW to skip the line at entry and get ready for all the fun! Wristbands are $10 each and get you unlimited access to the games, inflatables, and face painting. Adults & kids under 3 are free. Wristbands purchased by Tuesday, October 17 will be sent home in Friday folders on October 20.

This is not a fundraiser event; proceeds from ticket sales will go towards covering the cost of the event. If you are experiencing financial hardship and need assistance with obtaining wristbands, please email the PTA at wbrookspta@gmail.com or talk to the front office.

Please consider volunteering for this great event! We need help from the entire Brooks community to make this night spectacular for our kids. We are excited to bring back inflatables for the event this year, however we need lots of ADULTS to monitor the inflatables or we cannot use them. If we don't have enough volunteers (adults, middle-school, and high-school students), we will have to cancel some of the fun activities, so please sign up to help today!

Don’t forget your Halloween costumes for the parade! Kids will be able to walk around the event and show everyone their spirit!
Don’t have a costume yet? Get creative and make one with objects around the house.
Costume Parade
Participate in the Pumpkin Showcase!
Get your pumpkins ready for carving or decorating so they can be displayed at the Harvest Carnival. Will your pumpkin be scary, cute, funny, or fancy? We want to see them all! Be creative! Just remember- be respectful, responsible, and safe! You can enter as many pumpkins as you want and family members can help.
Deliver your decorated pumpkins and completed entry form on Friday 10/20 between 8am-12pm to the table outside the office. Please include LED tea light candles if you want your pumpkin lighted and write your child's name on the bottom of the pumpkin if possible. Please fill out one entry form for each pumpkin; there will be blank copies at the drop off table as well. If you need to make other arrangements for drop off, e-mail bethlara@gmail.com.
Remember to take your pumpkins home after the event. Real pumpkins left after the Harvest Carnival will be discarded.

We are happy to have Steve’s Pizza, Authentic Street Tacos, and Handel's Ice Cream as food vendors at the Harvest Carnival this year. Purchase food from them or bring your own food!
This is an outdoor event with limited seating available, you are welcome to bring picnic blankets & chairs!
