Through the William Brooks PTA Student Business Business Program, 4th and 5th grade students will develop their own businesses to present to our school community, friends, family, and neighbors at the

Bear Business Fair on April 17, 2026.

 

Leading up to this fair will be 4 meetings, where participants will generate ideas, learn how to budget, conduct market testing, develop a business plan, create a marketing plan, and more. These meetings culminate in the Bear Business Fair event, where visitors can come shop and experience the products participants are selling, services they are offering, or food they are vending. 

 

Parent/Grown-Up Volunteers are needed to guide students through this process and to make the Bear Business Fair Event happen. Volunteer roles can range from one-time coaching for a specific subject at a club meeting, to helping to coordinate the event.
