VOLUNTEER TEAM NEEDED FOR

We are happy to bring back the Bear Business Fair Program! 

 

Through the William Brooks PTA Bear Business Fair Program, 4th and 5th grade students will develop their own businesses through monthly meetings after school in January through April. At the meetings they will generate ideas, learn how to budget, conduct market testing, develop a business plan, create a marketing plan, and more. On April 25, students will present their business to our school and community at the Bear Business Fair event, where visitors can come shop and experience the products students are selling, services they are offering, or food they are vending.

Parent/Grown-Up Volunteers are needed to guide students through this process and to make the Business Fair Event happen. Volunteer roles can range from one-time coaching for a specific subject at a club meeting, to helping to coordinate the event. Notes and support from prior chairs and the PTA will be available!
