The William Brooks PTA hopes you will join us at our annual Gala, which will be held on Friday, April 21 at the Folsom Community Center from 5:30 - 10:00 pm.


This event is a kid-free evening of drinks, dinner, silent and live auctions,

raffle prizes and dancing – all to benefit our school! In addition to

raising money for our programs that require annual backing

(technology, student assemblies, garden and art programs),

our goal this year is to raise enough money to provide a much-

needed new marquee and other school projects to benefit the kids! 


Early-bird tickets are available for $75 each or $560 for a table of 8 ($70 per ticket) until April 7th. After that, ticket prices will go up to $85 until ticket sales end on April 16th. You can also pre-purchase drink and raffle tickets. Additionally, you can choose to contribute to the Teacher & Staff Ticket Fund to help offset the cost of tickets for the teachers and staff who wish to attend the event. This year we will be using the Greater Giving software for ticket sales and at our event.  When you buy your ticket, you will have the option of having Greater Giving save your credit card information for faster check-out at the event.

If you prefer to avoid the credit card fees charged by Greater Giving, you may purchase gala, drink, and raffle tickets by returning this form and your payment (cash or check) to your child's teacher or the front office. 



Please consider volunteering before or during the Gala as we need a lot of volunteers to make it run smoothly and be a big success. If you are attending the Gala, please consider volunteering for an hour shift during the event. If you are not attending the Gala but can volunteer during the event, no ticket is required. We will have a Wine Pull at the Gala, where guests buy a random bottle of wine from our Wine Wall that may be priced significantly higher than what they paid.  Please donate a bottle or two of wine for this fun event! Bottles should be valued $20 or more and we are hoping for some high value bottles ($50-$100) as well. All donations are appreciated and can be donated on Friday March 3 or March 10 from 7:45 - 9:00 AM in front of Jeff Mitchell Field (across the street from the school gym).
