Please join us for our annual Spring Fundraiser:
Rhinestone Rodeo: A Boots & Bling Gala
March 20th *5:30-10:00pm
at Red Hawk Casino
This event is a kid-free evening of drinks, dinner, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes and dancing – all to benefit our school! In addition to raising money for our programs that require annual backing (technology, student assemblies, garden and art programs), our goal this year is to help provide our school's STEAM lab with technology upgrades.

BUY TICKETS
​
Early-bird tickets are available for $85 each. Alternatively, you can purchase an 8-seat table for $640 to guarantee seating with your friends (all other tables are open-seating). On February 22nd, prices increase to $100 per ticket and $760 per table until ticket sales end on March 6th. You can also pre-purchase drink tickets and raffle tickets. Additionally, you can choose to contribute to the Teacher & Staff Ticket Fund to help offset the cost of tickets for the teachers and staff who wish to attend the event. This year we will again be using the Greater Giving software for ticket sales and at our event. When you buy your ticket, you will have the option of having Greater Giving save your credit card information for faster check-out at the event.
If you prefer to avoid the credit card fees charged by Greater Giving, you may purchase gala, drink, and raffle tickets by returning this form and your payment (cash or check) to your child's teacher or the front office.
VOLUNTEER​
Please consider volunteering before or during the Gala as we need a lot of volunteers to make it run smoothly and be a big success. If you are attending the Gala, please consider volunteering for an hour shift during the event. If you are not attending the Gala but can volunteer during the event, no ticket is required. Don't want the night to end? Call the reservations department at (530) 677-7000 and mention "William Brooks Elementary PTA" and the block code "2603WILLIA" to receive a discount on a Deluxe King or Deluxe Queen room on March 20th.

Kid's Quest
No childcare? No problem! Children ages 30 months - 12 years can be dropped off at Kids Quest (a supervised play center) for 20% off when you mention William Brooks. Free slushie also included! Visit the Kids Quest website for more details.

DONATE BOTTLES OF WINE

We will have a Wine Pull at the Gala, where guests buy a random bottle of wine from our Wine Wall that may be priced significantly higher than what they paid. Please donate a bottle or more of wine for this fun event! Bottles should be valued $20 or more and we are hoping for some high value bottles ($50-$100) as well. All donations are appreciated. Please contact Ryan Rudkin (rrrudkin@gmail.com) to donate and stay tuned for updates on when she will be holding wine drop-off near school.
